Shipping Services
We provided shipping services to our customers through our fleet of vessels which comprised controlled vessels and chartered-in vessels. -
Fleet Operation
Our fleet of controlled vessels are predominantly comprised of dry bulk carriers which we solely own or jointly own with our business partners, or chartered in by us on a long-term basis through bareboat charters. Our controlled vessel fleet also included oil and chemical tankers. -
Ship Management
We provided ship management services mainly to shipowners, ship finance leasing companies and shipbuilders. Our services offerings generally included the daily operations of vessels, technical management, crew management, repair and maintenance, and regulatory management and compliance.
FIRST
According to the F&S Report, we ranked the first amongst ship management services providers headquartered in the PRC in terms of the number of third-party owned vessels under management in 2021.

With a combined weight carrying capacity of approximately 1.26 million dwt for our entire controlled vessel fleet and approximately 1.15 million dwt for our controlled dry bulk carrier fleet,respectively, we ranked the fifth largest maritime shipping services company and the fifth largest dry bulk shipping company headquartered in the PRC in terms of weight carrying capacity (dwt) for international shipping routes in 2021.

Our ship management business has reached a new milestone within the year, which successfully ranking ninth on the Lloyd's List 2023 Top 10 Ship Management Enterprises and Managers, becoming the first Chinese-funded shipping company on the list since its creation.

As of 31 December 2023, we controlled a vessel fleet comprising 28 vessels of varying sizes，with a combined weight carrying capacity of 1.41 million dwt.

Up to 31 December 2023, we have been engaged to provide shipbuilding supervision services for more than 150 shipbuilding projects of various types, covering bulk carriers, container ships, multi-purpose vessels, oil tankers, chemical tankers and marine engineering vessels, automobile ships, LPG ships, very large gas carriers, fishing breeding vessel, trailing suction hopper dredgers, wind power installation ships, liquefied natural gas bunkering vessels, passenger ships, etc.
